Cancellation policy

A major credit card reserves your appointment at The Nail barre. If you need to reschedule or cancel, you must provide 24 hours advanced notice to avoid being charged for the scheduled appointment. You must call the front desk to cancel, and not text or call the nail techs directly.

"No shows" will be charged the full value of the reserved service(s) and/ or gift certificate(s) will be forfeited. We must strictly adhere to our cancellation policy to ensure that all clients can receive services. You cannot “downgrade” your appointment within the 24-hour cancellation window - you may receive the service(s) that you have booked, or service(s) of an equal or higher value.

Refund Policy

We cannot provide any cash or credit refunds.

Also, The Nail barre cannot guarantee the length that polish will last. However, we will be happy to repair Gel Polish defects related to color application within 48 hours of your service(s) at no charge to you. These repairs will be done at our first available service – just call your local salon to schedule.

Membership Policy

Membership is a set, automatic, monthly charge (initial membership is a 3-month minimum) to the credit card you use to book services. Membership can be terminated only upon 30 days’ notice to The Nail barre management. (Notice can be provided by email to columbia@thenailbarre.com or by calling your local salon and confirming with the manager on shift.

Membership is non-transferable, and services do not accrue if you do not schedule services (i.e. “use it or lose it”).
