Nail Services
If you require a gel or dip soak off and it is not currently a part of your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible. If a soak off is not booked with your service but is needed, your service may be cut short to accommodate and an additional charge of $5 will be added to your service.
We do not offer acrylic nails, acrylic removal or soak offs. If you have acrylic on your nails, we kindly ask that you have it removed prior to your appointment at The Nail barre to ensure you are able to receive your complete service.
Appointment No Show and Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, you must provide 24 hours advance notice to avoid being charged for your service(s). You can cancel an appointment on our website or by calling the salon. Cancellations will not be accepted via email or via text messages/phone calls received after business hours. Please do not text or call the technicians directly. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before their start time will be charged 50% of the appointment value or the appropriate monthly service credit will be removed from your account. If cancellation occurs less than 3 hours before an appointment is set to begin, the charge increases to 75%. “No shows” will be charged the full value of the scheduled services and/or gift certificate(s) will be forfeited. If a member is a "no show," the appropriate monthly service credit will be removed from your account. Note: services cannot be “downgraded” during the 24 hour cancellation window. You may receive the service(s) you have booked or of an equal or higher value.
Late Client Policy
If a client is 15 minutes or later for an appointment, they will be considered a no show and we cannot guarantee the ability to perform the scheduled service. Clients will be offered a reduced service if there is time, out of respect for the time of our technicians and the clients to follow.
Membership Details
All memberships are a set, automatic monthly charge. New memberships require an initial commitment of 3 months, unless otherwise specified. After that time period, memberships may be cancelled by providing a minimum of 30 days’ notice. Notice can be provided by email. A cancellation form is required to be completed prior to completing cancellation. Memberships will not be cancelled without a signed cancellation form. Membership services are non-transferable and do not roll over month to month. Memberships are only valid at the location they were purchased at.
Membership Changes
Memberships can be adjusted at any time. A membership is required to be a minimum of 2 services. Should you wish to adjust your service choices, please reach out to the salon directly.
Member Service Redemption
Services MUST be redeemed during the month after your membership draft date. They cannot be used for appointments outside of this timeframe, regardless of redemption status. Services expire at the end of this time period or upon your next membership draft.
Chip Policy
The Nail barre cannot guarantee the length that polish will last. However, we will be happy to repair gel polish defects related to color application within 48 hours of your initial service at no cost to you. Just call us to schedule your repair.
Refund Policy
All purchases are final. We cannot provide any cash or credit refunds.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are valid for one year from issue date. Please note that gift certificates are only redeemable at the salon they were purchased at. Additionally, gift certificates cannot be put towards monthly membership drafts.
